Leonard “Len” Conner, CDT, (Partials and Full Dentures) with Masterships in Implantology has over 40+ years across manufacturers, DSOs, and laboratories, Len has led education, technical support, and clinical affairs at Zimmer/Zimmer Biomet, Zest Dental Solutions, and Argen in addition to owning and operating his own full-Service Laboratory. He has designed and delivered more than 2,500 CE programs worldwide, built AGD PACE–aligned curricula and KOL networks, and even established a 10,000-square-foot training center.

Operationally, Len is known for optimizing in-house lab performance—standardizing intake, LIS workflows, and digital denture production, both milled and printed—to reduce remakes and turnaround times.

His prosthetics scope spans overdenture attachments, fixed hybrids, and full digital workflows with strong QA and troubleshooting.
